You can also be friends with your personal trainer so that you always look forward to your next training session.

If you set your mind on losing weight, make sure you enjoy the whole experience. It should be a fun journey and not one filled with misery and headaches. Leave it to the men to endure pain and torture. As a woman, you should lose weight in a way that makes you a better person both on the inside and the outside.
